He has worked in horticulture for over 10 years, most recently as a Plant Health Specialist at Cornell Botanic Gardens and a gardener at Celia Thaxter’s Island Garden on the Isles of Shoals, Maine. Tyler is dedicated to promoting plant and forest conservation by enhancing public involvement in the detection of invasive plant pests.
